Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the online gaming website available at https://drip-ca.com ("Drip Casino", "Drip Casino") and your use of all products and services offered through that site.   • User or Player - any natural person who accesses the Website and/or opens an account and participates in the games or uses any services provided by the Operator.

  • Grey Market - a jurisdiction where the Operator is not locally licensed but may legally accept players under the laws of its primary licensing jurisdiction; Canada (excluding Ontario - licensed regime) is treated as a grey market for the Services.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Requirements

  • Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to register an Account and use the Services. By registering, you confirm that you are 18+ and legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you.
  • Canadian players: The Services are offered to Canadian residents on a grey-market basis under Curaçao law. The Operator does not hold an AGCO/iGaming Ontario license and does not target players located in Ontario or other fully restricted provinces. KYC and Identity Verification

  • Verification requirement: The Operator may, at any time (and will in all cases before processing certain withdrawals), conduct KYC checks. You may be required to provide:
    • a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID card);
    • proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar, not older than 3 months);
    • proof of ownership of payment methods used (e.g., bank card copy, e-wallet statement); and

  • Processing of documents: Verification documents are reviewed by the Operator or its authorized service providers. Until verification is complete, the Operator may:

    • suspend the Account if there are reasonable doubts regarding your identity or eligibility.
  • Failure to verify: If you fail to provide requested documents, or if verification reveals that you are underage, using another person's identity, or otherwise in breach of these Terms, the Operator may close your Account and void bets and Bonuses, subject to applicable law.

User Obligations Regarding Account Security

  • Password confidentiality: You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and for restricting access to your devices. Any action taken using your credentials will be deemed to have been taken by you.
  • Unauthorized access: You must immediately notify the Operator at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account or breach of security. The Operator may temporarily suspend the Account while investigating.
  • Non-transferability: Your Account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or permit any third party to use your Account. Shared accounts and account "farming" are prohibited.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Gameplay Conditions

  • Licensed operations: All games are offered under Curaçao license number 8048/JAZ2016-050, issued to Galaktika N.V. by Antillephone N.V., under the Government of Curaçao. Notwithstanding, outcomes are determined by the relevant game software and/or third-party providers.
  • Game rules: Each game or category (slots, table games, live casino, etc.) may have specific rules and payout structures accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding these rules before placing a Bet.
  • Compliance: By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood both the game rules and these Terms.

Placing Bets

  • Bet acceptance: A Bet is deemed accepted once it is registered on the Operator's servers and appears in your game or transaction history. If a discrepancy exists between your device display and the Operator's records, the Operator's records will prevail.
  • Minimum/maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum Bet amounts are defined per game and may vary based on your currency, game provider, and possible risk controls. You must ensure you have sufficient Real Money or eligible Bonus funds before placing a Bet.
  • Bet validity: Bets placed after an event has been concluded or after a game result is known due to any technical or human error may be declared void at the Operator's sole discretion, with funds returned to your Real Money Balance.

Modification and Cancellation of Bets

  • Finality of Bets: Once a Bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot normally be canceled or changed by the Player.
  • Operator correction: The Operator reserves the right to void or adjust Bets in the event of:
    • obvious technical or typographical errors in game display or odds;
    • malfunctioning of game software or communication systems; or
    • fraud, collusion, or other prohibited activity.
    In such cases, the Bet may be settled at the correct terms or declared void, and the stake may be returned.

Rules of Conduct and Fair Play

  • Prohibited behavior: You must not:
    • insult, harass, threaten, or abuse other Players or staff in live chats, at live casino tables, or via any communication channel;
    • use offensive, discriminatory, or obscene language or content;
    • engage in cheating, collusion, use of bots, automated systems, or exploit software bugs; or

  • Live casino etiquette: In live casino games, you must follow the instructions of the dealer and the published rules. Disruptive or abusive behavior towards dealers or Players may lead to removal from tables and suspension of your Account.
  • Fraud investigations: The Operator may suspend your Account and withhold funds while investigating suspected fraud or breach of these rules. If fraud is confirmed, the Operator may close your Account and retain funds as permitted by applicable law and regulatory requirements.

Bonus Terms

Bonus Activation

  • Offer-specific conditions: Each Bonus or promotion available on drip-ca.com is governed by specific terms displayed on the promotions page and/or within the offer itself. In the event of any inconsistency, the specific bonus terms prevail over these general Bonus Terms.
  • Eligibility: Bonuses are generally available only to registered Players with verified or partially verified Accounts and may be restricted based on country, currency, or individual Player risk profile. The Operator may exclude certain Players or groups at its discretion.
  • Bonus crediting: A Bonus may be credited:
    • automatically upon qualifying deposit or Bet;
    • after manual opt-in via a bonus code; or

Wagering Requirements and Timeframes

  • Standard wagering: Unless stated otherwise, deposit Bonuses and their associated free spins are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled within a specified period (for example, 30 days from activation, or as specified in the relevant offer). If the wagering requirements are not met within the applicable timeframe, the Bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

  • Bonus abuse: The following, without limitation, may be considered bonus abuse:

    • colluding with other Players or multiple Accounts to gain bonus advantages;

  • Consequences of abuse: Where the Operator reasonably concludes that you have engaged in bonus abuse or breached bonus-specific terms, it may:

Combining Promotions

  • No automatic combination: Unless expressly allowed, Bonuses and promotions cannot be combined. Only one active Bonus may usually be in play at any given time.
  • Priority and conflicts: In case of overlap, the Operator decides which Bonus is applied first and may cancel any excess or conflicting Bonuses. If you wish to opt out of a Bonus before wagering commences, you must contact support at [email protected].

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods and Processing

  • Payment channels: Deposits may be made using:
    • bank cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) processed via Unionstar Limited or other processors;

    • selected cryptocurrencies, if and when enabled on the Website; and

Withdrawals

  • Eligibility: You may request a withdrawal of the available Real Money Balance, subject to:

Refunds, Chargebacks, and Reversals

  • Refunds of deposits: Deposits are generally non-refundable once used for betting. In rare cases of demonstrable error (e.g., duplicate deposit), the Operator may, at its discretion, refund amounts not already used in Bets.
  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback, reversal, or similar dispute with your payment provider, the Operator may:
    • suspend or close your Account;

Refunding Bets and Bonuses

  • Void bets: If a Bet is declared void due to technical fault, game malfunction, or other reasons specified in these Terms, the stake may be returned to your Real Money Balance (or Bonus Balance, as applicable), and the outcome disregarded.
  • Bonus adjustments: If a Bonus is granted in error (e.g., due to misconfiguration or technical failure), the Operator may remove the Bonus and any associated winnings, provided that it acts fairly and promptly notifies you of the adjustment.

Limitation of Liability

Operator Obligations

  • Fairness of games: The Operator undertakes to offer games that are provided by reputable suppliers and are subject to testing and certification under the Curaçao licensing framework. Random Number Generators (RNGs) used in virtual games are designed to ensure fairness and randomness.
  • Accuracy of results: The Operator strives to ensure that game results and balance calculations are accurate and consistent with game rules. In case of contradiction between game logs and your device display, the logs on the Operator's or provider's servers will prevail.

Exclusions of Liability

  • Technical failures: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for:
    • interruptions, delays, or loss of data caused by your internet service provider, hardware, or software;
    • device incompatibility or configuration issues on your side; or
    • temporary unavailability of the Website due to maintenance or unforeseen technical problems.
  • Indirect losses: The Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business, or data, arising out of your use of the Services, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Local law compliance: You are solely responsible for complying with any applicable laws in your jurisdiction. The Operator accepts no liability if your use of the Services is contrary to local law.

Maximum Compensation

  • Liability cap: To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any mandatory consumer protections, the Operator's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or Services (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) shall not exceed:
    • the total amount of the Bet or transaction in dispute; or
    • the amount of funds actually lost by you in the specific game or Bet giving rise to the claim,
    whichever is lower.
  • No limitation for fraud: Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Content and Software

  • Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, including but not limited to software, source code, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, audio-visual content, and databases, are owned by the Operator, its affiliates, or its licensors.
  • Limited license: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website and Services solely for personal entertainment and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions on Use

  • Prohibited acts: You may not, without prior written consent from the Operator:

    • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the source code of the software;
    • remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices; or

Changes to Terms

Modification Procedure

  • Right to update: The Operator may amend or update these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, business practices, or the nature of the Services.
  • Notification: Where material changes are made, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to notify you by:
    • email to the address associated with your Account; and/or
    • an on-site notice or banner on drip-ca.com, and/or a pop-up upon your next login.

Acceptance of Updated Terms

  • Continued use: By continuing to access or use the Website or Services after changes become effective, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.
  • Right to discontinue: If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Website and Services and may request closure of your Account. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be handled in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

Termination & Suspension

Termination by the Player

  • Account closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected] or via any available account-closure tool on the Website.
  • Remaining funds: Upon such request, the Operator will, subject to KYC checks and these Terms, pay out any remaining Real Money Balance to you via an agreed payment method, less any applicable fees or charges required by law.

Suspension and Termination by the Operator

  • Grounds for suspension/closure: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes that:
    • you are underage or otherwise ineligible;
    • you have provided false or misleading information;
    • you have engaged in fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other unlawful conduct;
    • you have breached these Terms or any game-specific or promotion-specific rules; or
    • such action is necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
  • Consequences: During suspension, you may be unable to deposit, wager, or withdraw. On closure, any remaining Real Money Balance may be returned to you if permitted by law and not related to prohibited activity. Bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited.

Notification

  • Information on decision: Where legally permissible and not detrimental to any ongoing investigation, the Operator will inform you by email of the main reason for suspension or closure and provide guidance on any steps you may take (e.g., submission of documents or appeal).

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

  • Primary governing law: These Terms, your use of the Website, and all related matters are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
  • Canadian context: While the Services are offered to Canadian Players, the Operator does not hold a Canadian provincial license and operates under the Curaçao regulatory framework.   • Jurisdiction: Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, any dispute not resolved through the above process shall be submitted to the competent courts of Curaçao, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the Operator elects another competent forum where you reside, where this is required by mandatory law.
